# Campaign QA checklist

Use this checklist in the final week. Add the owner and completion time beside every item. Do not treat an unchecked item as an implied approval.

## Commercial and inventory

- [ ] Campaign objective, target, baseline and primary KPI are recorded.
- [ ] Offer economics and maximum order volume are approved.
- [ ] Hero products, variants, live prices and available stock are correct.
- [ ] Protected stock for replacements, retail or normal demand is excluded.
- [ ] Purchase orders and arrival dates have been checked against received stock.
- [ ] Dispatch times and customer-service capacity match the expected demand.

## Offer and audience

- [ ] Offer wording is identical in the brief, page, ads, email, SMS and checkout.
- [ ] Start and end times include the market and time zone.
- [ ] Discount, gift, bundle or threshold logic works in a test order.
- [ ] Exclusions and maximum uses work as intended.
- [ ] Recent purchasers and unsuitable segments are suppressed where appropriate.
- [ ] VIP, prospect, customer and lapsed-customer messages use the correct lists.

## Creative and copy

- [ ] Every required format and dimension has a final approved file.
- [ ] Product claims, prices, dates and legal copy are accurate.
- [ ] Captions, subtitles and readable mobile text are included where required.
- [ ] File names identify campaign, audience, angle, format and version.
- [ ] Evergreen ads or messages that conflict with the campaign are scheduled to pause.

## Landing page and checkout

- [ ] The landing page is published at the final URL.
- [ ] Desktop and mobile layouts have been checked on real devices.
- [ ] Page speed, navigation, forms, sticky elements and pop-ups work correctly.
- [ ] Product selection, cart, shipping, tax and payment methods work.
- [ ] A complete test purchase or lead submission has succeeded.
- [ ] Confirmation page and transactional communications are correct.

## Tracking and reporting

- [ ] Analytics, advertising and ecommerce events fire once with correct values.
- [ ] Consent behaviour has been checked in applicable markets.
- [ ] UTM parameters follow the campaign naming convention.
- [ ] Email, SMS, creator, partner and paid links have been opened and tested.
- [ ] Dashboard filters include the correct dates, markets, currencies and campaign names.
- [ ] A baseline snapshot of revenue, conversion, AOV, stock and audience size is saved.

## Scheduling and launch control

- [ ] A launch controller and backup are named.
- [ ] Each channel has an activation time and owner.
- [ ] Every scheduled item shows the correct time zone.
- [ ] Spend caps, stock alerts and emergency pause conditions are written down.
- [ ] Customer support has the offer rules, response scripts and escalation contact.
- [ ] The team knows where to record live issues and decisions.

## End controls

- [ ] Every sale ad, extension, feed promotion, banner, pop-up and automation has a pause owner.
- [ ] Evergreen price, page and campaign restoration is prepared.
- [ ] Expired codes and gifts will stop at the agreed time.
- [ ] A post-end site and checkout check is assigned.
- [ ] The seven-day review and later pull-forward review are scheduled.
