Built by parents who understood the 3am problem.
We know the stress of a hungry baby, a half-awake kitchen and not knowing whether the bottle is too hot or too cold. We created our thermos to make those moments feel calmer: warm water ready, the exact temperature visible and no hunt for a power point.

Does the thermos heat water?
No. It holds properly prepared, sterilised water warm using four-layer insulation. It can keep water within our 30–45°C range for up to 12 hours, depending on starting temperature and conditions.
Can I store formula or breast milk inside?
No. Our thermos is designed for water only. Do not store prepared formula or breast milk inside it. Always follow your formula manufacturer’s preparation directions and your health professional’s advice.
How do I clean the bottle and smart lid?
Hand wash the bottle with warm soapy water. The current waterproof smart lid can be rinsed under running water. Do not put either part in the dishwasher or submerge them for an extended period.
Does the smart lid need charging?
No charging is required. The sealed lid battery is designed to last up to five years with moderate use.
What are shipping and warranty like?
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Thermos bottles are excluded from refunds or exchanges for change of mind because of hygiene requirements. If you suspect a fault, contact us within 10 days so we can assess it under our returns and warranty terms.
