Before you book

What should I select on the booking page?
Open “Free Consultation – Book Here”, then choose “Consultation (New client)”. We set aside 45 minutes for this appointment.
Is the consultation free?
We do not charge a consultation fee. Our current terms require a $50 deposit to secure your consultation. The deposit is redeemable toward treatment, or refundable if you attend and do not proceed with treatment.
What happens during the consultation?
Your practitioner will discuss your aesthetic goals, answer questions and advise on available options. Suitability, risks, side effects, downtime, aftercare, alternatives and realistic expectations should be covered before any treatment decision.
Do I need to proceed with treatment?
No treatment should proceed unless it is clinically suitable and you have provided informed consent. Our terms state that the deposit is refundable if you attend your consultation and do not undertake treatment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our current terms say the booking deposit will be forfeited for a no-show, cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours, or arrival more than 15 minutes late. Review our terms before booking.
