Will roller blinds be measured for my space?
Yes. We measure the opening and check the fixing conditions before your order is prepared, so the recommendation and quote reflect the actual window or outdoor area.
Can you quote from house plans or drawings?
Yes. If you are building or renovating, tell us which plans, drawings or helpful images you have available and we can arrange the best way to review them before the space is finished.
What warranty do you offer?
Our current terms provide a five-year warranty for faults. We will fix a faulty product at no charge during that period, subject to our complete terms.
